Privacy Policy

This policy covers growthyari.com. It is written to describe what the website actually does, not what a template suggests it might do.

01

What we collect

The website has two forms. Both send their contents to our email inbox and neither stores anything in a database.

  • Enquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
  • Application and workshop registration form: name, email, phone (optional), current status, what you want to change, and the program or workshop you selected.
  • A hidden field used only to detect automated submissions.

02

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to assess whether the program is a fit, and to arrange a Career Assessment call if it is. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

03

How it is delivered and stored

Submissions are emailed to GrowthYari by Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself keeps no copy — if a message is lost in your inbox, we cannot recover it from the site.

Your message is retained in our email account for as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of what was agreed. Ask us to delete it and we will.

04

Cookies and tracking

growthyari.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Your host may record standard server logs — IP address, time of request and the page requested — for security and reliability.

05

Who else sees your data

Neither is permitted to use your details for their own marketing in connection with this site.

  • Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps those server logs.

06

Your choices

  • You do not have to give a phone number — it is marked optional on both forms.
  • You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it entirely.
  • Use the contact page, or write to akash@growthyari.com.

07

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is when it was last updated.

Anything on this page you disagree with, raise before you pay — the contact page is the fastest route, and we would rather change the terms than have them surprise you.
